Latitude Law is a boutique immigration law firm known for its precision, professionalism, and personable approach. We’re currently seeking a Legal Cashier with Reception Experience to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions in compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
- Process payments, bank reconciliations, and billing across client and office accounts
- Provide front-of-house support: greeting clients, managing calls, and coordinating appointments
- Work closely with fee earners and support staff to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Legal Cashier
- A confident, professional, and welcoming manner at reception
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with legal accounting software (ideally Unity/Quill)
- Availability to start immediately
