Business Migration Masterclass

A structured course comprising of between nine and twelve three-hour sessions designed to initiate caseworkers into business migration and equip them with the tools to practice. Covering the following topics in-depth, the course is practical with plenty of tips for day-to-day working and case studies to ground learning in real-life examples:

  • Introduction to business migration
  • Sponsor licensing applications
  • Skilled Worker sponsorship
  • ICT sponsorship
  • Other sponsored routes such as Minister of Religion and Sportsperson
  • Temporary sponsored options including Creative and Sporting Workers, Charity & Religious Workers, Government Authorised Exchange and International Agreement Workers
  • Sponsorship compliance and maintaining a licence, including checks on Right to Work 
  • Business visitors
  • Global Talent Applicants
  • Representatives of Overseas Businesses
  • Start-Up and Innovator visa route
  • Investor visas and future options for those with high-net worth or high skill

We can also offer a condensed version of the course covering the first 4 points in a full-day session.

Costs

Full course: £8,750 plus VAT for up to two attendees, £750 plus VAT per additional attendee

Condensed course: £1,650 plus VAT for up to two attendees, £450 plus VAT per additional attendee
